Current times are no excuse to get rusty

The current time is a challenge for all of us, but it also gives us the opportunity to reflect and improve our skills and learn new things. In order to renew my knowledge and gain new experience, I have been attending various courses on team leadership and development, leadership and crisis management since the beginning of the year. In addition, I am IPMA certified to round off my many years of experience as a project manager with a certificate. My advice: Use the current time to determine your position for yourself and the company. Look for new knowledge and new ideas. In this way you can emerge stronger from the current situation and are prepared for future events.
